Resolution by which regulates the presentation of rights of verbal petition before Coljuegos:
1. It indicates the Office that centralizes all the requests that correspond to the Customer Service Management of Coljuegos.
2. Verbal requests can be made in person at the physical point and outside the public service hours through the National Free Line: 018000 18 28 88 and in Bogotá: (+571) 742 06 98.
3. It is planned to give priority to receiving verbal requests at the physical point to persons in situations of vulnerability, disabled, pregnant mothers or with children under two (02) years old, as well as persons over sixty-two (62) years.
4. The procedure is also provided for in the case of petitions in a native language.
